About the job
On paper, you are a Production Worker, but in reality, you will be a true baker!
Before you start, you will wash your hands and clean your shoes. You will ensure that the correct raw materials and ingredients are used in the production process. Your responsibilities include registering production results, adjusting equipment in case of minor malfunctions, and seeking help for more complex issues. Keeping the machinery and workplace clean is also an essential part of your role to maintain a hygienic and safe working environment.
As an Operator, you will work in a 2-shift system: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 or in a single shift from 05:30-14:30.

- Shift allowances ranging from 37% to 100% for evening and weekend work;

What we ask
Willingness to work in a 2-shift (06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00), 3-shift, or 5-shift schedule;
You have at least basic knowledge of Dutch or English;
Experience in production work is a plus, but motivation and eagerness to learn are more important!
