Forklift Driver

Are you looking for a position as a Forklift Driver? Then read on below! We are looking for an experienced Forklift Driver for our client. You can do this in a 2-shift or 3-shift, this is up to you. All for a salary between €13,65 and €18,06 incl. shifts work allowance.

Wat ga je doen?

As a Forklift Driver for our client from 's-Hertogenbosch, you must have considerable experience, because you will be working in a warehouse with narrow paths. Your day mainly consists of working on a forklift, but every now and then you may also have to perform other warehouse activities such as stacking and unstacking a pallet. This also includes work as an operator. This includes setting parameters for pallets and solving problems with the machines. At this company you will work with meat that must be kept cool or frozen in order to keep the meat fresh and good. It is therefore important that you can handle the cold, because you will be working in a cooled environment where it is about 7 degrees. There is also a cold store where meat is stored and the temperature there is about -20 degrees. You will of course receive special thermal clothing for this, so that you feel as little as possible from the cold. As a Forklift Driver, you can choose whether you want to work in a 2-shift or a 3-shift system. Below are the working hours:

• 2 shifts: 06:00 – 15:30 and 15:00 – 00:00;
• 3 shifts: 06:00 – 15:30, 15:00 – 00:30 and 23:00 – 06:30.

• Salary, between €13,65 and €18,06 gross per hour incl. shift work allowance;
• 25 vacation days based on a 40-hour workweek + 8,33% holiday pay;

Wat wij vragen

• You have considerable experience as a Forklift Driver + a valid Forklift certificate;
• You don’t mind working in a cooled environment;
• You are available at least two Saturdays a month;
• You have a good command of the Dutch or English language.

If the meat is approved, they take care of transport to the next company that packs the meat, so that it can go to the supermarkets.
