Production worker

Would you like to work in 2 shifts and receive a salary of €12 gross per hour excluding the allowances? You will come to work with us in a close, informal team in a warm family business. We like to invest in good employees, so we would like to train you internally so that you can grow within the company!

Wat ga je doen?

As a production worker you ensure that all our machines continue to run. When the machine indicates a malfunction, you ensure that it is reset. Some parts are not processed by the machine, so you have to take them out and stack them. Due to quality requirements, it is important to also keep your workplace clean. You do this together with your colleagues, you work together as a close-knit team. As indicated earlier, we can train you internally and there are opportunities to eventually grow into an assistant operator / team leader.

You will work in a 2-shift system with the following working hours: 06:00 - 14:45 and 14:45 - 23:30.

• You are physically fit because you move a lot in this position; 
• You master the Dutch, English or German language;

The organization is located in Weert. It once started as a family business and has since grown into a large organization with 2 factories in Weert and the 3rd is currently being built.
